Hahah yes!!!! 

No, silent communication is one thing...people blabbing incessantly or having mobiles ringing is not my idea of a good flight... 
Can we put up walls- sitting in the mobile phone free part of the plane?

An overwhelming 89 per cent said they did not want such a service to become possible. Not ever. Now those seem pretty damning statistics.
