Has anyone ever flown "FlyGlobespan.com"??
« on: April 20, 2008, 06:14:01 PM »
Well I found them online with an incredible deal from Vancouver, B.C., to London Gatwick, non stop for 175 Pounds. Isnt that incredible? Well I was looking at a website that ranks airlines, and too many people had conflicting opinions of that airline, so I was just curious if anyone here has ever used them.

175 quid for a flight to the left coast from London?

Even if it's on a flying Greyhound bus, that's good value...

You should find out how they are able to sell their flights so cheaply.

I think the Canadian at my work has flown to Toronto with them before.

I'm off today, but I'll ask him tomorrow.

I wonder what the baggage allowance is?  Maybe they get you on that.

hey i havent flown them, is the £175 one-way or round trip?! they have flights from glasgow but they are 179 each way, still an amazing deal! the only thing i have heard negative about them is they can be subjected to delays (like a florida and a portugal flight last year got dealyed like 30 hours, but they eventually got hotels and stuff) but they are safe and get you there eventually, so i would probably fly with them. canadianaffair.com also has cheap flights to canada and so does flyzoom :), all 3 airlines should be pretty good! check out the seat pitch, if u get a meal, etc.

it was for one way. (west coast to london) I have heard a lot about them being very delayed all the time, one story was they didnt have enough food for everyone on board, haha. i have flown with canadianaffair, really wasnt that bad.  the planes felt super old, tvs were in the aisle, (sucks) but they got me there on time, and didnt lose my luggage.  I was thinking of trying flyzoom.

i'm thinking that as long as they don't jettison the cargo hold somewhere over the atlantic (or worse, the economy class), then it can't possibly be that risky!  ;D
