Amount of earned income exclusion?
« on: October 15, 2008, 02:41:25 PM »
Is the $85k earned income exclusion per person or per family?  If my husband makes say $110 adjusted gross and I am not working would $25k be taxed?  Thanks.

I think it depends on how you file, jointly or married filing seperate.  It is a single exclusion per return.  But don't quote me on that.
