Howdy howdy howdy
I'm kicking around the idea of selling a Flatiron mandolin to help finance my move to the UK. It's very nice and has become somewhat of a collectors item since they aren't made anymore.
The only reason I can think about selling it is that - in my opinion - it is replaceable. I can totally see myself with another mando, being just as happy. Plus, I can get around $1000 for it. I have other instruments I can play for now (that really aren't replaceable)and some day in the future, I can get a new mando.
How are instrument prices different between the US and the UK? Is it a better idea to ship it over and try to sell it there or do I "take the money and run".
Anyone know?
