Tried four different stores, and nobody had it (though the tescos was just a metro one). Our co-op had a bottle of something like "Starskys"? maple flavored syrup dessert topping. It was pretty much spot on with American syrup, so today I had a heaping plate of homemade buttermilk pancakes. I had to use lard instead of crisco though, so I'm sure I clogged an artery or four! But, oh was it worth it!
