Everyone hopes that their application won't have to go to the Tribunal, and the overwhelming majority of UKY people are fortunate in this regard. But we have some that wind up having to go to appeal. And not just your net-mates here at UKY, it could happen to a friend, colleague, neighbour, or what-have-you.
Please give the consultation a careful read, and if you have feelings about the way things should work, send a reply to the consultation. Remember that when they doubled the fees in 2007, it was done off the back of a consultation that had only 146 respondents. So each response counts!
