Problem with Visa Date....

So....
fun story.
Remember how I was super excited because both myself and my roommate got our visas??
Slight problem.

My roommate just checked the dates on her visa, and they are incorrect. My dates ARE correct, from September 17 to June something of 2009.
Her dates only go from September 17th to December 27th of 2008.

So. Who does this go to? (We went to the Chicago Embassy). We've been looking for some type of phone or email, but we don't know which department to go through.

Also...WHAT do we do? Does she need to get a new one? Re-apply?

Eeesh. if it's not one thing, it's another. We leave in 22 days...lets hope this gets sorted.

Have you tried sending the Consulate a message via the Web Form?

You can also try faxing the Chicago Consulate...

Just make sure to put everything in the Fax/E-Mail.  Such as name, Passport #, Visa #, Issuing Office, E-Mail, Phone # and the problem you are having.

Somebody might come along with a better idea but for now I would try at least these two options!  My Visa did not have the KOL Req'd on it and was able to reach somebody via fax although it did take a day and a half/two days for a response.  They contacted me back via E-Mail.
