You realize the very question, and certainly the way the question is framed, betrays a viewpoint that is so far to the left a good capitalist can't even work out how to answer it? It doesn't scan. Try this one from the opposite point of view:
"If free markets are ultimately the only path to prosperity, does perpetual free food aid from the West to the poorest nations serve a genuine humanitarian purpose, or does it stunt their growth by undercutting their own small farmers?"
