tins of pumpkin what can i make

Oooh, that sounds great. Recipe, please. 

I got it off of all recipes, but I make alterations.  I will see if I can find it.  I have been tempted to put a little dark chocolate in it, but haven't so far.

When I went back to the US before the wedding my husband really wanted some, so he used the pumpkin I had in the freezer.  It was premixed for pie.  He said it was ok but the cinnamon was a little too much.
