Leaving Soon...

OK I have securely taped my plastic packets to each carrier (careful not to cover up any air holes) so now I'm just wondering what everybody put in their paperwork folders?  The USDA lady had stapled my 998 form, Rabies Certificate and Titre Results together so I have that (she had also made a photocopy of the titre results and put it toward the very back).  Should I staple a business card for the vet that did the microchip/rabies stuff and then a business card for the vet that will be doing the Tick/Tapeworm?

Can anybody else think of something that should go in this little packet?
