Accommodation Letter for ILR
« on: September 27, 2008, 12:16:59 PM »
I'm just drafting the accommodation letter for my ILR application for my in-laws to sign. I just want to make sure I am addressing everything, and have a few questions.

Just to briefly describe my situation: my husband and I have just returned from the Continent where he was working for 3 months. We are staying with my in-laws while we locate a new flat in London. During this period I have to apply for ILR.

Here are the points that I will address:

-that we have permission to live there while we locate a new flat
-that they own the house outright (will supply proof)
-that there is enough room to accommodate us

Am I missing anything?

Do I need to add anything about us contributing to household bills? I know we don't need to pay rent, since there is no mortgage, but I'm still not clear if I need to write anything regarding other bills.
