vet recommendations in the DFW area?
« on: October 26, 2008, 09:38:50 PM »
I will be moving to Newcastle with my two cats and large dog next summer.  I would like to get them started on the whole PETS process soon, and I was wondering if anyone had any vets they would recommend (or NOT recommend) in the DFW area?  I'm about 40 miles north of the cities, but would be willing to drive to get to someone I could trust--from reading these boards, it seems like a lot is riding on your choice of vet.  Please feel free to PM me if you would prefer not to post your ideas on the board.

Thank you in advance!

Have you spoken to your regular vet? Maybe he/she already knows about the PETS program.

The best way to do it is to not rely on anyone but yourself to know the rules and procedures.

It's not an issue of good vs. bad vets.  It's actually very manageable once you boil it down - it just takes attention to detail and diligence.

There are many threads on here that will tell you exactly what you need to do.  You save yourself time, money and aggrevation when you just take care of it yourself.   :)
...the whole damn thing will turn
and return redefined, rearranged, rearranged...
