Can I get married?

I'm here on a student visa, but living with my english fiance.....if I apply for certifcate of approval (which is around £250) am  able to get married here in the UK ....I intend to return to the states may 23rd (he's going to emmigrate here).

I couldn't see anything on the UKBA site saying no for students, especially if your fiancee is a citizen.
