Ok, I made a beef stew on Monday night, Tuesday night MIL calls and says SIL will be by in 5 minutes with - you guessed it a beef stew for us.

So, now we're laden down with beef stew and freezing's not an option as I don't have room for it. My beef stew would've seen us through 2 days, but now we've got it for the week. I enjoy it, DH tolerates it. Can anyone suggest something I can do to make it less boring and jazz it up as if its another dish?
