What an outstanding album this is, every track was "made up" during a single day in the studio with Paul playing everything and Youth (Martin Glover) cutting and pasting it all together. Paul says he just chucked everything he could think of at the theme over 6 hours and Youth stiched it all together.
Thats why its called a Fireman album and not a Paul McCartney album.
What a triumph! It would take weeks of thinking and rehersals before even the drummer would add to a song and Paul polishes off all the parts in one session start to finish as well as "making it up" at the time.
