Where does one get frozen herbs and spices?
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

I looked on the website and the one I listed is sold at Sainsburys...if you go to their website you can find out if the one near you sells it.

Our local Sainsburys did frozen garlic, basil, ginger, etc.  Not sure if they still do it as I grow my own fresh herbs in window pots.

Ha thanks

I should say that my options are Tesco, M&S, Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl, or the Co-Op.  No Waitrose, Sainsburys, or ASDA near me.

We're in the same boat here! But I'm fairly sure Morrison's sells frozen herbs. I've seen them in the freezer, so assume that my MIL bought them at Morrison's, which is where she shops. However, I'm really not a fan. Blech. If I can't use fresh, I think even dried tastes better than the frozen stuff, to be honest.

Thanks. I'll take a look. Not sure if I'll be a fan either, but if there is garlic, I'd be up for it, because I am a lazy sod sometimes!

Speaking of being a lazy sod, I've been digging the frozen chopped onions recently.  Don't use them all the time, but if I'm in a hurry and need finely chopped onions, can't beat it!

Try this place, They do something called 'Easy' Garlic which is chopped garlic in little trays, like ice cubes.  It's the best thing I've ever used (oh and their garlic chopper is fanatastic too...

(I see they have a couple of outlets in Inverness)

Went to waitrose yesterday and they had jalapenos in their frozen cooked ingredients range!
They're chopped, but fresh, not pickled and they were great in the chilli I made yesterday :)
