Jo Brand makes me cringe, but I do think fair play to her for having a go.  The dirty dancing skit was crackin tonight!

Me too.  I expected it to not be as big especially with so many companies making redundancies this month.  I guess everybody needed a little silliness.  I popped into Claire's on Thursday to pick up some hairbands and all their Red Nose Day merchandise was cleared out.  I've never seen that before.

it was my very first comic relief and my fiance and I planned a night in with our red noses..and we did pretty well we made it till 12:30am...the little films about Africa and everything were so heartbreaking...but I am so happy at the amount they raised and hope it will help alot of the people they showed last nigt...I loved Smithy and the England Futball team....it was a great show

Yes, don't know what it was about the factual films this year but found them more emotional than usual. The 1million mosquito nets could make a huge difference so think focussing on Malaria was a really good idea.

I did like how they spent so much time thanking people this year.  Other years they've patted themselves on the back too much, imo.

Yes, that was good. I think every two years is just about right for this event and i think splitting the preoceeds between the Uk and Africa is also spot on.

I also like the Royle Family sketch, never watched them before  ;D

Heres Tom Jones and Lenny Henry from Comic releif 1991 !!
