Getting Ready To apply for British Citizenship!

Hello I am sorry if this question has been answered before but.....I just couldn't find it. I was wondering what forms I need to fill when I apply for British Citizenship next week. My official 3 years in the UK married to a British Citizen is Jan. 13 2009.  I looked on the UK Border agency website and they said the fee was £655..is this the correct fee? I read on this forum somewhere that someone said the fee was £214 , which I don't know where they got that fee from. I am so confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated. So a recap of my questions are:

What form do I need to fill in when applying for British Citizenship having already been in the UK Married to a British Citizen nearly 3 years?

What is the correct fee that i have to pay for citizenship?

Is there anything else that i need to know before applying for British Citizenship?

If you read the thread through, you'll see the fee has gone up.  It may go up again.  Best to check with the relevant Home Office website as to current fees.

I have read the UK border Agency website...I do believe I will have to pay the £655. I can't believe how the price has jumped up so high. I won't be applying until after the 13 of jan. anyway. Thanks for your help.
