His thesis is over 350 pages with about 150 color pages scattered throughout. By converting the file to a PDF first and then having 2 copies of that, one with the black and white pages, one with the color pages, he shouldn't have pagination issues (he'll collate the pages himself, then have it spiral bound). He is having it printed at the Uni print shop. Mort, your idea is the last resort as these places seem to be resistant to specifiying pages for some reason (time I assume, and prob added cost to him).
