High posibility of going to court because of accident in August! advise?

Since this is a driving case and they're trying to blame her would it be smart to wear glasses? If she didn't have them on that day or in her license (do they even say if you need glasses on your license here)? Just wondering if they'd call her out on it and then hear her explain she is wearing fake glasses, etc. might be a little negative in its connotation.

Not sure if they would call her out on it, but yes, they do say if you need glasses/contacts on your licence here. I wear glasses full-time and on the back of my licence, the number 01 is printed next to each vehicle picture - 01 means eyesight correction.
