When I walked out of this huge revolving door after getting my luggage (and having the revolving door stick twice because some jacka$$ tried to shove his way in), I saw him immediately. I ran towards him, and he gave me a gigantic hug and kiss. I could feel he was shaking, and I was so nervous, I could barely look at him! I felt like all eyes were on us because we were making such a display of it. So we quickly hailed a cab, and when he took my hand, I could feel his hands trembling and they were all clammy (Nerves! Hehehe!) Then we just stared at each other for the 10-minute cab ride to the place we stayed.

It was so overwhelming, but worse was the plane ride in and waiting for my luggage. I got so nervous, I was nauseous and almost wanted to turn around and go back. The best part is, I never have to feel that again. :)

my boyfriend's visit to boston was fantastic, as well!  he was able to catch up with his old friends and we took a quick trip to vegas.  ironically, while we were there, we discussed marriage and timelines and everything and both concluded that we wanted to get engaged by the end of the year and that it would happen sometime after i get settled over in the uk after my move!  i sent him back with a suitcase full of stuff and now just need to work on finding a job and getting the rest of my stuff moved!

Nope. We're trying to save our moneys for the autumn, and it's only 6 months.

only 6 months  :o!!!! you'll have to help keep me positive since we are on similar time lines, though he is coming to visit at the end of April so we won't have as long of separation.  Where are you in the uni process (IE have you got your loans, visas, ects....)?

I'm applied and accepted, and my loans are all set. Now I'm just trying to save a bunch of money. And I have to wait until the end of June to submit my visa app. If all goes according to plan, I'll be there September 2 for good!

How about you? How's things?
