I'm fine with raw cashews and almonds (although I don't really have an "off" button with them, so portions are an issue, but any others that are oilier bother me. And yeah, anything greasy. I actually had a burger last night (no fries/chips) even, from a local restaurant last night, and I felt kind of sick after about 5 minutes.
I can't do any of the foods with added fiber at all, though. such stomach cramping. I try to drink a ton of water if I do, which seems to help, but usually it's not worth it.
Sweetpeach, do you like chickpeas at all? I used to roast them to make them crunchy to have as an afternoon snack, and I think they are fairly high in protein. You need to toss them with a teeny bit of oil (I just use a tiny splash for an entire can of chickpeas) and then spice em up however you like things seasoned and pop them in the oven forever. (Well, I'd say at 200 until they start to look golden brown or even crispy (I like them on the overdone crunchy side).
I don't know about the carb count of them, though. Edit - Forget it! Just looked, they are high in carbs.
But tasty as a snack if you weren't too carb conscious.
