I bet, that is ridiculous, they wouldn't need to man an entire call center if they made the information public, but yeah, I can see how it would be more difficult.

Good for you putting that in there though! I am going to complain as well because, as near as I can tell, the IEB serve no actual purpose and are just a complete waste of taxpayer money (or the ridiculous fee they charge!). My MP reported back to us that he submitted a letter on March 3rd. Yet these guys have not responded in anyway to our fax or his letter. When is it time to get an lawyer involved?
