What's cooking on your BBQ?
« on: March 20, 2009, 04:31:02 PM »
In the spirit of what's for tea at your house and in celebration of the first day of spring, what's cooking on your BBQ??

Burgers and sausages!  (I had to search all over for charcoal, finally found some at B&Q.) 8) Anyone else uncovered the BBQs yet?

I bought the items today for Sunday when we will be grilling out...
chicken breasts, sausages, hamburgers, assorted veggies.  On the side burner I'll prepare either rice or couscous.
Everything tastes better outside!

I use mine about 3-4 times a week, all year round. And I cook everything from Flank Steak, to Pork Chops, to my Christmas Turkey. Also love roasted veggies on the BBQ.

My neighbours think I am insane, out in the rain in my pj's bbq-ing a steak!

We did terriyaki steaks and corn on the cob on the BBQ just the other day.  Now that we've finally got a place with outside space, I plan to spend all kinds of time out there cooking.  ;D
