Is it possible to set polls to be a Charter Member or maybe just posters with a certain number of posts function?  It's kinda annoying to see people start polls which aren't really polls, but just new topics (and they've clicked the wrong button).  The 2 buttons are right next to each other, so I can see how it happens, but wondering if there is a way around this.

Example threads being: http://talk.uk-yankee.com/index.php?topic=54136.0

Thanks.

It ain't worth it, girl!
And if you threw a party
Invited everyone you knew
You would see the biggest gift would be from me
And the card attached would say
"Thank you for being a friend!"

LOL. I see your point. I can restrict by membergroups, such as not for Newcomers if that sounds fair?

I agree.  It's a little weird to see polling questions asking if people qualify for certain visas because those aren't really poll questions!

Yup, sounds fair.

Sorry, I know it's a minor quibble, but you don't ask you don't get! :)
