All those ideas sound good--as for the yoghurt, use whatever sounds good.  I usually end up using whatever lowfat fruit or greek yoghurt is sitting in my fridge.  It might add a little flavour, but that's usually good.

As for puffed wheat, I'm pretty sure I bought a box of them at LIDL.  You should try there.

I could've sworn I had seen puffed wheat in the baby food aisle at Sainsbury's or somewhere, as a finger food for toddlers or something. Probably not the same, anyway...  ???

Elynor, you are a goddess!!!  :D
;D :-*

I've not seen any pumpkin around here and there isn't a Waitrose nearby, but I bet I could sub mashed banana for the pumpkin, wouldn't you think?

When pumpkins are in season, around Halloween, it's really easy to make your own pumpkin puree. Chop in half, scoop out the seeds, and bake until soft. Then it's easy to scoop out of the shell and puree. I dump it into a mesh sieve and let it drain for a few hours to get it to the same consistency as Libby's.

Which reminds me, I still have some in the freezer that wants using. :)
