I'm thinking about making a chocolate torte for DH for Father's Day. He loves a good, rich chocolate dessert. Most of the recipes I've found so far call for different kinds of chocolate--some semi-sweet, some unsweetened. I can't remember what kinds of equivalents I'd find here. Any advice on converting US chocolate recipes to UK ingredients?
Also, if anyone has a killer recipe, let me know. I'm looking for a decadent flourless-type torte. I've found them to be richer.
