Dear All,
First of all, we would like to thank the owners of this message board for restricting commentary and not allowing members to make unreasonable comments that can damage a company’s reputation. It is a fair policy. We have noticed that a few ‘newbies’ have been posting ‘hit-and-run’ comments about our firm on a few different message boards in the last couple of weeks emphasizing the fact that we are not registered with OISC. It raises a big question mark over the genuineness of these threads.
Walessale, we have read your posts carefully and it is our understanding that you have concerns over legitimacy of our business. You claim that a forum member named The_English_Bride, a British Citizen, is your wife and that you have hired our company to assist you with your UK spouse visa application. We have reviewed open cases that we started in the last three months and none of them would match your profile. A case involving a female sponsor living in the US with her husband would be easy to spot.
We can therefore reasonably assume that this thread and those you started on other message boards in the last two weeks are not genuine. We would not be surprised if you were one of our competitors spreading out supposedly ‘damaging’ information about our firm all over the internet. Let us assure you that our clients are well aware of the fact that we are based outside of the UK and therefore are not registered with OISC, which is not illegal. None of our former clients was ever concerned about that. We are always open and honest with our clients in all aspects and have developed a strong reputation by successfully serving individuals around the world. Our continual client satisfaction (see testimonials on our website) is a perfect example of our professionalism and dedication.
If we are wrong in our assumptions (for example, if you hired us more than three months ago), please provide us with your e-mail address that you are using to communicate with your case worker, so that we can find your case and comment on each of your concerns accordingly. You do not have to give us your full e-mail address (to prevent spam and keep privacy), simply post the first part of it here, for example: walessale_01@. Please also give us your wife’s e-mail address in the same format for the ease of processing.
To Victoria S. of Medvisas: we are currently looking for an experienced OISC-registered consultant to join our team. If interested, please send us an e-mail from the contact us section of our website.
P.S. To moderators: sorry for starting a new topic, the original topic is closed.
Best regards,
Marriagevisahelp.com Team
