Right, but that is not what midwest was told, correct?  Or am I reading

Maybe she (or whoever she spoke to meant) she'd need to be here a year before she can get coverage that isn't tied to her employment status.
And if you threw a party
Invited everyone you knew
You would see the biggest gift would be from me
And the card attached would say

I think you are.  She has to be here a year before she can access the NHS whether she's employed or not.  Before a year, coverage is contingent on employment.
