Don't suppose anyone knows where I might find these?

No, but you can make them from scratch! Is that Mexican place that UKY-ers get a discount with still in business? Maybe he could special order some?
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Yeah I thought about asking mexgrocer.  If I was going to make them I'd need to find a mould. Ha, I'm going to be near a Lakeland today maybe I'll pop in and ask for skull moulds.  :D

I did see a recipe where you didn't need molds. You make 'em by hand, so obviously they aren't all exactly the same. Depends upon the look you want and how creative you're feeling.

What are they for? Now I'm curious!

The Mexican Society here at the uni had some at their party last year - I've emailed a friend to find out where they got them. :)

Just in case you are unable to find anything locally.

If I could get some reasonably easily I was going to take some in to Ethan's nursery school. They are doing things for Harvest Festival and Eid this week and it made me think of what other cultural events are coming up that they could mark. They actually made sweets for Eid so I was thinking along edible lines.

Thanks for the links. I wonder if they would even make it in one piece!

Maybe if you get inttouch with the nursery in advance, you could take plain white ones in and the kids could decorate them at school. Now that I've seen them, I'd love to do that myself!

Good luck!
