Hello. I live up in Nottingham, which is a 2.5 hour commute down to London. I am also an academic. A colleague from the States hopes to come over sometime next late spring/summer so that we can both work at the British Library on a joint project.
So, if you're thinking about going away and would be willing to sublet sometime, will you let me know? We would probably only need a 1-bedroom or a 2-bedroom. I can bring a cot and sleep in the livingroom or whatever.
