I remember being able to for Obama's innauguration through CNN.com.  But other than that, not that I know of.  What channels are you wanting to watch? Because I think that depends too.  I know you can't use things like abc.com to watch tv shows after they've aired, unless you can find a proxy that works...but I haven't yet.
