If your goal is to find an un-moderated board on the internet, then good luck with that.  I think you'll find that most places have rules that you are required to agree to in order to join.  In my opinion a place without moderation, or a place where people were allowed to make personal and frankly judgemental remarks unheeded would be a free for all. 
This is a friendly and supportive forum, but that didn't happen by accident.
