Me either. I gave it up when Jamie went home - and I haven't missed it a bit.

I hope Joe wins.

I want Joe to win as well - I think he's got the best voice and he's got the most likability too (to borrow a phrase from Louis there )... he appeals to both young and old. After last nights' performances I think maybe Olly will go tonight - neither of his songs really stood out for me. Stacy's second song was very good, but I'm not sure about Danyl - he's a good singer, but there's something about him that makes him not so likable .

Results show is on soon... I'm hoping that it's an all guy final... out of everyone that's left I think that Stacey is the least talented.  She is talented, don't get me wrong, however if we're talking about an all around entertainer- the 3 remaining guys are better...

Kind of OT but I have to ask...was Journey never big in the UK?  Joe sang "Open Arms" last night, and Simon made a comment that it was a risk for Cheryl to choose a song that nobody had ever heard of which floored me.  Then DH made a comment that he had never heard the song either

Yeah my husband said the same thing too as I sang along to it ... I was pretty shocked when my hubby said he had never heard it either...

Journey were not that big here. I didn't recognise the song at all.

Thank you!!! I knew it wasn't the Journey version that I knew... I had a piano book that had that song in it and played it all the time... it was a pop songs of 96 book.... now it all makes sense....

Well, Joe was right when he said that everyone in the Northeast loves "Don't Stop Believing" because they play it in the bars around here all the time and I've heard it on the radio many times. Yet, I think it may be the only Journey song people actually know for some reason.

I voted for Joe. Yes, I actually voted last night! I never thought I would do that. I think it's all the radio adverts and signs around here to support Geordie Joe... lol... I love him, but I would've felt kinda guilty if I didn't do my little part. Anyway, I'm glad I didn't waste 35p!

But, I was sad to see Danyl go. I really did like him, and I like Olly the least of the 4 of them. But, now that Danyl is gone, maybe Joe has a better shot. I certainly hope so. He's definitely the best vocalist of the 3 left now, but I guess that isn't everything in this competition. He is also so polite and sweet, and seems so humble, so I hope it's a happy ending for him.

Not that I really care that much this year because the whole thing has sucked..BUT...I'm so happy Danyl's gone!
