You could make the onions yourself, it's easy to caramelise onions, if you do it, i'd recommend using red onions :) Otherwise try looking for an onion chutney maybe? :)

Thanks! I'll look for it! And just to clarify, do you use regular pie crust, pizza crust, or puff pastry as the base?
