ILR approved!

Hallelujah!  I feel much less nervous now.

I think the waiting times are interesting.  Something must have changed in the last few months, because I sent my application out just before Xmas (on the 22nd or 23rd, as I recall) and they took the money out of my account the next week.  My stamp says it was issued on the 2nd of February, and the mailman just brought it to me (Feburary 6th--a Saturday, no less!).  So that was just about 6 weeks.

Amazing.

Thanks, Weby!

It's wierd that it was so fast.  I thought I just saw another thread where someone posted their in October and only just got it back, even though the stamp was marked sometime in late January.

Maybe they got some temps in after Xmas?  ;)

They might be getting faster. Sometimes they pull a few applications from the top of the stack to improve the statistics for acceptance times. Or so has been said here. I imagine they would be newer applications than yours.

Anyway, congrats. :)

Yup, that was me!  I'm glad things are being processed a lot quicker now.

Big congrats.   :)

I bet one of those app's was mine as I got mine back in 4 and a half weeks!

Congrats!  It's such a relief isn't it?
