Has anyone been able to claim detached duty relief related to their assignment? I am being told I may be able to claim relief for travel, housing, etc. if I meet the 3 conditions. Two of the conditions seem straight forward and easily met. I question the 3rd condition because I go to the same workplace every day. Because of this it seems like my workplace isn't considered temporary.
Does anyone have detailed information on detached duty relief that is easy to understand?
