any suggestions on NYC expediters???

I am going to receive my husband's documentation any day now and am getting ready to apply online for my spousal settlement visa. Can anyone give me some suggestions which expediter to use in NYC? The only ones I saw here were from California, much to my dismay. Thanks again for all of your help in answering all of my questions. I look forward to someday being the one that helps others get thru all of this!!
