Does anyone here work in a library or information science field? I am embarking on a second career in info science and have got a foot in the door with my new job as senior library assistant. It's at the non-professional level, obviously, becuase I don't have IS qualifications yet. I was wondering if anyone who works in this field could offer me tips on fast-track schemes/routes into gaining professional qualifications.
