I know all the 'fair foods' are ridiculously bad for you.  Like, worse than movie-theater popcorn.  But the way I look at it, they're something I only have a chance to have once a year, at most.  Usually once every 2-3 years.  So I don't feel at all guilty about the nutritional content.

I just heard something interesting on my local news here in OK-- deep fried rattle snake- yum yum!

That's a great way to look at it!!   :D   I just need someone to share some of that yummy with me.  It doesn't seem so bad if I'm only nibbling at half a portion.

I think the deep fried take on frito pie in the article looks yummy!
