Greetings. I just came across this site this afternoon.
I first came to the UK when I was in the Air Force back in 1993 and I'm still here. I suppose I had it easier than most people on this forum as I was surrounded by fellow Americans for the first 6 years I was here. I knew what to expect when I got out of the military and was already renting a house off base that I stayed in until we bought one 3 streets over 18 months after I got out.
