http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brunost but I've only seen it once or twice outside of Norway. Unfortunately, they're big on fish there, and the only ready-made things I can think of are fishy.
There's also split-pea soup for NL. Stamppot is also a good one, reasonably easy to make. However, if you're looking for ready-made stuff, the stroopwaffles are the way to go. Lidl has them regularly now it seems, Aldi too. I just saw them at our local Aldi this week.
