Valencia Spain Anyone?

Me and the Hubby are making a list (and checking it twice) of places we eventually plan on visiting.  Anyone have recommendations of sights and sounds of Valencia, Spain?  Also, how you got there?  And would you take the same type of transport?

We got there by easyJet from Bristol; we stayed at the Hotel Chill Art Jardin Botánico which is in Calle Doctor Peset Cervera around the corner from the Jardin Botánico (Botanical Gardens) which is a must-visit if you like plants, especially if you like cats (it has a resident population of several dozen who are very friendly and who get fed by the staff) Other things we liked were the IVAM modern art museum and the Mercado Central (Central Market). We happen to like just mooching around so we did a lot of that as well. There is plenty to see and do and lots of places to eat and drink. We would do it all again, in fact we plan to do so quite soon.
