So, the day has finally come! All our boxes were picked up this morning (after a marathon evening of labeling them all...) and the cats are pacing around the apartment marveling at the new situation sans boxes to jump on/hide in.
They have no idea what is coming!
In a few hours, we'll start the 14 hr drive to DC and our flight is tomorrow - kitties have to be checked in at 1:40pm.
Can't believe it's actually happening...!!
Oh, and for everyone who offered their advice about my wisdom teeth thanks so much! My jaw still hurts, but I visited my actual doctor (not the dentist who would only give me percocet even though percocet doesn't take away the pain and makes me hallucinate) and I got some tramadol and a non-steroidal that is more gentle on the GI tract....so the pain is finally under control, if not quite gone yet!!
On to the new adventure :-D
