Go to embassy to file any forms?
« on: August 12, 2010, 01:22:47 AM »
If and when I decide to file for DCF, will I have to actually go to the London embassy to file the i-130 petition or other forms?  I know I do not have to attend the interview, and I was under the assumption everything is done via mail as far as paperwork. Just want to make sure I dont have to go up to the embassy to file an I-130, or if its just all mail in. Thanks!

You can't file at the embassy even if you live around the corner (as do many Londoners)- it's all done via mail. Good luck!
