I use something called Misto, which you add your own oil to and it aerosolizes the oil. It's awesome. There are other brands that do the dame for I think under 10 quid on amazon.

I swear I have bought butter spray at Tesco before. It's been a while, but think they had spray butter and spray sunflower oil.
