Our Wilko's had some potted trees.  Husband and I bought a little £10 six foot fake tree there, it's a little Charlie Brown looking, haha.  We decorated it though and it's looking quite a bit better now.

I got mine from  http://www.pinesandneedles.com/

Picked it up from the Ealing branch (they have several outlets and also deliver), it's lovely about 3ft and it's a potted Norway Spruce rather than cut, no needle drop and I'm going to plant it in the garden after xmas. It looks really health and is super cute.

There's been no needle drop to speak off and it smells amazing. I love it to bits!

We're hitting the Maida Vale branch this weekend.   ;D  I'm so excited!  We've never stayed here for Christmas before, so we haven't had a tree for years.

We're really pleased with ours, I hope you get a nice one too! :)

There is a fabulous Christmas tree farm in Shirley, West Midlands.  It's called Woods, and they sell a variety of trees, all sizes and shapes.  The cost is £5 a foot.  This year they sent a tree to No. 10 Downing Streetbut it's gorgeous.

Never found a u-cut place. But we got a lovely Nordland Fir from B&Q extra. They had tons of fresh cut trees, and I dug through probably 50 to find ours. It's about 5 feet tall and very healthy. Cost 19.99. So far it hasn't lost any needles, and it's been up and decorated for about two weeks.

My BF and I ordered a tree (6' normand fir) online Saturday afternoon - and it showed up that night! The guy said he was in the area so he dropped it off. We put it up before going to bed so it would be in water and of course the kittens knocked it over after we went to bed. We decorated it yesterday - including all of my "special" ornaments that I didn't have last year - and it was still standing this morning so hopefully the kittens got tree-climbing out of their systems.

I told my boyfriend that we should switch the hooks on the baubles for twist ties so A) the kittens can't knock them off and B) if they knock the tree down we can just pick it up without having to redecorate it.  Combining this plan with my hope to pick up a fake tree when they go on sale and next year might be the last time I have to decorate a tree, ever again!  ;D
