Online app - payment won't go through!

So we are trying to get our online app completed today.  My Mum (in England) gave me her CC information to charge it to as we don't carry a credit card.  It won't take - keeps saying not authorized but she has a zero balance and a 10K limit.....anyone else experienced this and have any thoughts on what we need to do?

It's possible that the card company is rejecting a large foreign transaction.  Perhaps if she called the company to let them know what to expect? 

That's what I thought - thanks!  Ugh -won't be able to do that now until the morning and we'll have to pay the higher fee....bleah!

ok we got it sorted...yay step 1 is done - only about 1000 more to go for us to get out of here on time!
