Can't view entire post

I'm having a weird problem. On some threads, not all, I can't always see the posts. Every single post in the thread goes off to the right and it misses out some words.

I can't explain it well, so I've taken a screen shot. Any idea why it's doing this?

I've been having trouble getting pages to load at all, but I figured the site was experiencing high user volume.

I'm using Firefox 3.6.12

I've noticed the same thing using Opera on a Mac. (Your post, noirem, cuts off at "vol" and the rest is hidden.) Viewing this same thread in Firefox looks fine. (I've noticed other weird rendering issues with Opera - not sure if it's Opera following standards and not liking non-compliant things, or the other way around.)

I've had some issues today as well. I'm on Vista & am running IE 8 and figured it was just due to weather and high traffic.

I've noticed it for a few weeks, so I don't think it's traffic related...the page loads fine, it just cuts off words/sentences.

maybe we should all just
use a line-break after every
fifth word or so. Make sure
everyone can read everything.

 

Ah right. It's most likely Opera. I just logged on using IE and a thread which I previously couldn't see is fine now.

Stupid Opera. I tell my husband it's crap but he refuses to use anything else.

I get it sometimes when I use Opera on my iPhone (Mac).  We have Opera on our PC (not Mac) at home as our preferred browser & no problems there at all.
