Visa stamp?
« on: November 08, 2010, 05:54:37 PM »
Wife got the passports back this morning with the corrected visa's in them. They now read ILR for both.
However, C's visa has a raised stamp on her visa...while my wife is missing hers. My wife called the ECO who processed her application and corrected the visa's and she said it won't be a problem..that although it may look like it doesn't have the stamp, it is there.

My question, just to reassure our nerves at this point...is will they hassle her any when she flies into Manchester? Has anyone else had this happen before?

Phil...I'm only going to say this once.

Stop worrying. The visas are fine you have it from the mouth ECO. My visa didn't look like it had a stamp on it either but it was there I could just feel it on the back side of the page. There's nothing to be worried about.Just move past this visa fear and look forward to living your lives again.

The hard part is over! Really it is!
